Jason came highly recommended by a trusted Cowichan contractor for a challenging job. The primed 2 storey high steel Simpson beams which support our deck – built on a steep hillside – required wire brushing and painting. Jason thought the job through carefully before quoting, taking into consideration both technical and safety concerns. He organized the scaffolding, arrived on time, completed work neatly and on schedule and additionally identified and corrected an unrelated structural deck issue. In short, a thinking man’s painter, the type of professional which is exceedingly rare these days. He is proof that painting doesn’t have to be a pain.

Jason and his crew did a beautiful job on our house exterior. They started work when they said the would and were very helpful with any concerns that we had with regard to the condition of the exterior of our house and made repairs where was needed. Jason painted my rancher last summer and I was quite happy with his work. I actually knew right off the bat he was the right fit because when he came to give me a quote he noticed 15 things the other 4 painters I was checking out didn’t… His attention to detail and foresight when it came to the location of trees in my neighbourhood made it so that we had a specific plan for one side of the house to heal with moss growth. You know that feeling where you can actually relax 100% knowing you can trust your painter’s integrity and experience? Well that was me last summer! A far cry from the other contractors I was having a hard time with. Very hard to buy quality nowadays… super grateful I made the right choice this time!

Jason did wonderful work staining our privacy fence. Also had him paint an exterior door. He was on time for the estimate, showed up to the job each day on time…
He messaged me even during difficult painting day because of wind that he would come back if the job did not meet my expectations.
He charges fair rates, and I would recommend him for any paint projects.
I was hesitant to hire someone off of Facebook that I didn’t know. I’m glad I took the chance with Jason.
